Passive renovation of 50 social housing units, new construction of a daycare center, and the development of a public park

Central heat production using a hybrid setup of 2 condensing gas floor boilers (115 kW each), a CHP unit (Pth 15 kW/Pe 6 kW), and a solar installation with 12 solar panels and 3 buffer tanks (1,500 L each). A combi-loop supplies individual living stations in the apartments.

The living stations provide heating through radiators and also produce sanitary hot water.
The daycare center has its own condensing gas wall boiler for the heating system and a solar installation for sanitary hot water.
Ventilation system D with collective air handling units (5,000 m³/h and 3,000 m³/h).
