Central heating plant with 2 condensing gas wall boilers: 95 kW + 50 kW for underfloor heating,
convectors, radiators, heating coil in air handling unit, reheat coils, and support for sanitary hot water production.
Solar installation for sanitary hot water production.
Central cooling production by air-cooled monoblock chiller 60 kW for floor cooling,
cooling coil in air handling unit, and post-cooling coils.
Air handling unit system D 7,175 m³/h.
